jugend aktiv is the youth representative body of the city of Ulm. It advises the municipal council and the Lord Mayor, in addition to drawing attention to young peoples' needs and wishes. What is more, young people have the chance to help shape the city through short-term projects.

Jugend aktiv has a fixed committee that meets every month to exchange ideas and make decisions. Currently, there are two joint meetings a year with our Lord Mayor and the municipal council, where we pass on our recommendations and work together on solutions. In between, we also work in working groups and in cooperation groups with the city of Ulm and other organisations.

The committee consists of young people who identify with the city of Ulm and who would like to make a difference - whether as a pupil, trainee, student or even as an employee - we are colourful, diverse, full of ideas and drive, and we also are a great team. In the committee, we discuss ideas and concerns, which we then elaborate further in working groups. Come to our meetings and join in the work in the working group that interests you the most or contribute your own topic.
