Diversity is a reality in our urban society, as well as an opportunity and an enrichment - and we are proud of this. Our commitment to equity is our motivation. Four expert teams work together in the Equity and Diversity Team: the International City Coordination Office, the Women's Office and Municipal Equity Officer, the Inclusion Officer, and the Youth Participation Coordination. Together, we are committed to creating a diverse urban society in Ulm
and to providing help in realising equity. Whether in the form of consultation, signposting, support
